Dr. Felix Dehmel is a Managing Partner at HKCF Corporate Finance GmbH.
Before joining HKCF Felix Dehmel was heading the corporate Commercial Evaluation department at Bayer AG, in this role he was responsible for the valuation of all kinds of transactions on a global level. His career he had started in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of an international investment bank with focus on Energy, Public Sector and Infrastructure.
His PhD thesis he wrote about the German incentive regulation for energy grids (Anreizregulierung).
Felix Dehmel is an Economist by training and has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance across different industries.
