Your role
- You independently lead complex M&A and financing mandates from pitch to closing
- You steer projects both strategically and operationally, guide Analysts and Associates, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards
- You demonstrate deep expertise in complex financial modelling and communicate methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions to clients with authority and conviction
- You strengthen existing client relationships, originate new business opportunities, and actively contribute to HKCF’s continued growth

You bring along
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance in banking, advisory, or industry
- Proven experience in independently managing and executing M&A and/or financing processes
