Danpower GmbH acquires Dalkia Energy Services GmbH.

Dalkia Energy Services GmbH is active in the business of contracting, district heating, biogas and biomass. The transaction also includes the biomass power plant Delitzsch, Dalkia Energy Services Leinefelde, Biogas Barth, Wärmeversorgung Zinnowitz and Energieversorgung Seebach.
