Schuler Pressen GmbH, a subsidiary of Schuler AG - the world market and technology leader in forming – sold on June 15th, 2012 its wind turbine technology to the S & G Engineering Ltd. ("S & G") as part of an asset deal. S & G has been working since 2008 in the development and operation of wind turbines and will bring the newly acquired technology to the international market.
