HKCF acts as advisor to Stadtwerke Kiel AG in the structuring and implementation of the corporate financing (€ 300 m)

HKCF exclusively advises Stadtwerke Kiel AG on structuring and raising a loan package of € 300 million to finance the capex needs of the coming business years.

To implement the energy transition in Schleswig-Holstein, a comprehensive financing project was set up by Stadtwerke Kiel in 2024 and successfully completed in December. Long-term financing agreements were signed bilaterally with seven credit institutions. A key component of the debt package is a long-term loan agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) for a total of €125 million."
