Dr. Felix Dehmel joined HKCF as a partner in 2019 and is Managing Partner since 2023.
Before joining HKCF Felix Dehmel was heading the headquarter´s Commercial Evaluation department at Bayer AG, in this role he was responsible for the valuation of all kinds of transactions on a global level. His career he had started in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of an international investment bank with focus on Energy, Public Sector and Infrastructure. His PhD thesis he wrote about the German incentive regulation for energy grids (Anreizregulierung).
He holds a PhD in economics and has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance across different industries.
