Martin is Managing Partner and co-founder of HKCF.
He has more than 20 years of experience in structuring and executing complex financial transactions, with focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, and Financial Modeling. Throughout his career, he advised on numerous sell-side and buy-side equity transactions and debt projects with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector. In the field of Debt Advisory, he has successfully structured and executed debt raises with a total volume of approximately €10 billion.
Prior to founding HKCF, Martin held positions at an international investment bank and one of the Big Four accounting firms. He holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Cologne.
