Stadtwerke Neumünster: Securing corporate financing until 2018 to expand the Fibre-Optic Network

Stadtwerke Neumünster (SWN) successfully secured financing needs totalling over €70 million through to the end of 2018. The financing supports the ongoing expansion of the company’s fibre-optic network. SWN was advised by HKCF Corporate Finance throughout the process. The long-term loans were raised as part of a structured, nationwide financing process involving a broad spectrum of potential lenders across Germany.
