Felix Dehmel joins HKCF as new partner

Dr. Felix Dehmel will become a new partner at HKCF Corporate Finance GmbH in Cologne as of January 1, 2019.

Felix brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of corporate finance across various industries.

Most recently, Felix headed the central department at Bayer AG responsible for the commercial evaluation of corporate transactions. He began his career at an international investment bank in the mergers and acquisitions sector, with a focus on energy, the public sector, and infrastructure. His doctoral thesis dealt with the topic of incentive regulation.

“Felix knows our business both as an advisor and from the perspective of a DAX-listed corporation. His experience with large international transactions, combined with his deep expertise in the industries relevant to us, makes him the ideal candidate,” says Dr. Frank Karbenn, Managing Partner at HKCF.
