HKCF advises Stadtwerke Solingen on €100 million infrastructure financing
HKCF successfully supported Stadtwerke Solingen in structuring and raising approximately €100 million in debt financing. The funds will be used to finance extensive investments in the renewal and expansion of electricity, gas and water distribution networks, as well as in water treatment and storage facilities between 2025 and 2028.
A significant portion of the financing is provided through subsidized loans from NRW.BANK.
